Big Tree Properties is a licensed, bonded, professional residential rental property management company. We have been in business for 18 years and our team continues to grow.
We dedicate ourselves to making rental property ownership a stress-free experience and investment. We manage a large variety of residential properties in Winkler, Morden, Plum Coulee, Altona, Morris and continue to grow.
Big Tree Properties takes care of all aspects of property management. Our team finds tenants, collects rent, ensures that utilities are put into the tenant’s name, repairs are made, and makes sure that the yard is being cared for. All rental income and security deposits are held in trust accounts that are overseen by the Manitoba Securities Commission, thus resulting in all money being insured.
Bottom line: We reduce stress and provide peace-of-mind for owners by managing the day-to-day operation of their properties. Our owner-clients who live locally or out of the country relax knowing that their property is well managed.
